The INDeco's Lake Forest Hotel, Yercaud rural luxury is not Engineered. She was Created.
Created to inspire and not just to accommodate. The Hotel is set in the Eastlynne Farm Estate. A Live Coffee Plantation created by Ms. Henrietta Charlotte Rosario. The hotel evolved around the house of the 1800’s called ‘ROSAR’. Once called Aviemore. “THE ROSAR” has been carefully restored to its original Glory and Beauty and contains in it the Pride of Yester years. Most of the houses created to accommodate have been raised on the ruins the Estate. In Accordance with the Anglo-Indian Architecture of the late 1800’s. Importantly accommodation has been created only where nature has permitted such development within the ecological niche of the Eastlynne Farm Estate using all traditional practice to protect the land, its heritage and ecology. Each of the rooms is born out of an inspiration therefore no two rooms are alike.
The Creation Philosophy...
Where there is a creation there is a destruction. And wherever there is a birth of a civilization there is a death of another. For generations humans have gooded over such victories. The INDeco’s Lake Forest Hotel, Yercaud rural luxury creation was designed within an ecological niche. Here one respects the other. Guest spaces happened only where trees are permitted…using locally available material. Stone; dust and minimal cement were used tooBut not an ounce of fresh wood was purchased. They are all used wood sourced from demolished government buildings. All with the desire to share this sensitive space with all who connect.
